Folder or File Missing in SwizzSync Directory

Folder(s)/File(s) not showing up (syncing) in locally mapped SwizzSync Z: drive. 

 

Mac Client:  Try a 'Force Refresh' from within the mapped SwizzSync directory.  Right-click, Force Refresh

 

Uninstall SwizzSync client, and reinstall.  Use newer version if available.  The newest SwizzSync client can be downloaded anytime from https://swizzsync.swizznet.com

 

 

Windows Client: 

Try a 'Force Refresh' from within the mapped SwizzSync directory.  Right-click, Force Refresh

 

Exit the SwizzSync client.  1. Right-click the SwizzSync icon in the system tray.  2. Click the menu option.  

3. Click Exit.

 

 

 Next, browse to C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local directory.  Rename 'gteamclient' folder to 'gteamclient.old.' 

 

Restart the SwizzSync client.

 

This will resolve in most instances.  If not, go to next step.
