Required Browser & OS Upgrades Effective on 5/22/17

Security and protection of your data is of utmost importance to us. As such, we are PCI Compliant. We are in the final stages of implementing the new regulations that require the removal of TLS 1.0. This means that as of May 22, 2017 we will begin the final removal and the following operating systems and browsers will no longer be able to be used to access Swizznet:

• Windows XP and Vista Operating Systems: Can no longer be used to access Swizznet.
• Windows 7: Internet Explorer 8-10  
• Internet Explorer will work if TLS 1.1 and 1.2 are enabled in the advanced settings. Windows 7 is compatible with Internet Explorer 11, Firefox and Google Chrome 49. Upgrade to Internet Explorer 11, Firefox or download the latest version of Chrome.
• Android: 2.3.7, 4.0.4, 4.1.1, 4.2.2, & 4.3: Can no longer be used to access Swizznet.
• Windows Phone 8.0: Internet Explorer 10  
• The Windows phone is compatible with Internet Explorer 11. Update I.E. on your Phone.
• Java: 6u45 & 7u25: Can no longer be used to access Swizznet.
• Safari: 5.1.9 & 6.0.4: Can no longer be used to access Swizznet.
• OpenSSL: 1.0.1: Can no longer be used to access Swizznet.
