Can I Implement Software That Requires Special Ports for Connectivity?

We can support special software, however the software must support encryption using SSL.
Once implemented, the system will be scanned using a third-party PCI scanning system and it must pass the PCI scanning requirements.
Swizznet does not do consulting on third-party applications. We only support the hosting platform, therefore, we suggest having the software vendor’s support team ready to assist if any issues arise.
If the software being utilized will ONLY be connected to one specific location, (for example: the company’s home office) Swizznet recommends IP address restrictions. This is NOT a VPN tunnel, so encryption is still required to protect your data.
