The first time you login, go to https://signin.swizznet.com. The first time you login you will be prompted to reset your temporary password. If you are not prompted, please contact support.
Enter your username and temporary password.
Once logged in you'll receive a prompt to select a new password. This may take a minute or two to pop up.
New passwords must be at least 8 characters long and have at least 1 capital letter and 1 number or symbol. Your new password cannot contain you username or your company name.
Once you've entered the new password twice, click Change Password and your password will be changed.
Click OK. You can then close the tab to sign out or you can begin working in your apps via the HTML5 portal. If you would like to use the RemoteApp icons on your desktop click here for setup instructions.
