This article only applies to CloudWorkspace admin users.
Passwords for Admin Usernames can only be reset directly from manage.swizznet.com to learn more about your admin user click here.
To reset the admin password we'll want to head to manage.swizznet.com and click the Forgot My Password link.
On the next page we'll enter our email address associated with the admin username.
Once you click to "Send Email" you will receive an email with a link to reset your password
Once you click to "Reset" you'll be brought to a page where you can enter your new password! Enter your new password and click to Reset Password
That's it! Once it shows successful click the "Click here to sign in" link which will bring you to the login page at manage.swizznet.com where you'll be able to access with your new password
