QuickBooks 2018 is now available, but we do not recommend upgrading until May 2018 at the earliest. New QuickBooks releases often contain bugs, and it typically takes several months before the new version is stable.
If you would like to upgrade or add access, rental users can do so at no additional cost. Those who own the QuickBooks 2018 version can simply send us their license and product numbers and we'll get that added for you right away.
QuickBooks 2018 with Office 365
For those users that only need to access the 2018 QuickBooks versions you may integrate that with Office 365. You can either bring your own ProPlus or Enterprise Office 365 license or, if you do not own the license, you can purchase the Office 365 ProPlus license through us at $11/month/user (a discount off the retail cost). One of the benefits of the Office 365 ProPlus licensing over our traditional SPLA Office rental model is that you can install the full Office programs on up to five computers or devices in addition to accessing the applications on Swizznet. If you need multiple years of QuickBooks, this option is not currently available, but will be coming soon.
QuickBooks 2015 will be removed May 31, 2018
Intuit will sunset support for QuickBooks 2015 on May 31, 2018 and at that time we are required to remove it from our system. If you are currently using QuickBooks 2015 you will need to upgrade before the end of May 2018. If you rent a license, you can upgrade to the 2016, 2017 or 2018 version for no additional cost. We do not recommend upgrading to 2018 until Spring 2018.
