Applies to: Sage Advisor Update.
Prerequisites: Active Sage Business Care Plan.

Introduction

The Sage Advisor Business Care Plan may not be expired even though Sage Advisor reports it as such.

To refresh the Advisor plan data follow these steps.

Procedure

On the server: click Start, Search then type: "License Administration"
1. Open, "License Administration"
2. Click, [Update].
3. Verify, "Expiration Date"

In Windows, click Start, Search, then type : "Sage 100 Contractor"
4. Open, "Sage 100 Contractor"
5. Click, "Home and Resources"
6. Click, "About Sage 100 Contractor"
7. Verify, "Expiration Date"

In Windows, click Start, Search, and type: "Sage Advisor Update"
8. Open, "Sage Advisor Update"
7. Verify, Sage Advisor is "v2.4.0.0" or later
9. Click, [Check for Updates].

Your business plan should now show Active.
