EDR - KnowBe4 Setup

Purpose: This is to setup KnowBe4 Cyber Security Training

Note: We do not set up KnowBe4. Create a ticket and send to the Secureworkplace board

Setup Process

Create a new ticket in ConnectWise for the client that purchased EDR

Ticket Summary:

NOTE: Include the package the client purchased: (Essentials, Azure, or Elite)

Summary: New EDR Elite client to be setup in KnowBe4

Board: Secureworkplace

Resource: Tammy Jutras

Ticket Owner: Tammy Jutras

New Note: Add the user(s) full name and email address that are being assigned KnowBe4
