DropSuite
NOTE: You will need to get the login information from ConnectWise
Login to ConnectWise if not already > Select Company > Companies
Search True North Networks
Select Configurations
Search *Dropsuite > Select DropSuite logon
Scroll to the bottom of the configuration and you will see the username, password, URL
Open a broswer on your local PC and navigate to the URL > enter the username and password > Log In
Note: When you get the Authentication code from the WinAuth server, you have a limited time to enter the authentication code or it will fail.
Select True North Networks Partner Account
Go to the WinAuth server and click the icon for Dropsuite.us and remember the code
Enter the code and Login
You should now be logged into Dropsuite
Select Organizations on the left
Search for the company > Select Login as Client
Select Add Backup
NOTE: At this point depending on what credentials you have as to how you will proceed.
If you have the admin credentials for their tenant you can select Sign in with Microsoft 365 or Sign in with Google workspace.
If you do not have the Admin credentials for the tenant, select the Invite button to send the client an email with instructions on what do to in the tenant.
Google Workspace - Without Credentials
Note: This setup is used to email the client with instructions on how to allow Dropsuite from their PC.
Enter the email address > Select "User (Google Account)" > Start Backup
The client will be sent and email with instructions
Google Workspace - With Credentials
Select Google Workspace
Select Sign in with Google
Select the account to sign into
Allow access > you should now see this in DropSuite
Microsoft O365 Without Credentials
Enter the email address > Select "User (Other Account)" > Start Backup
The client will be sent and email with instructions
