Exporting Financial Statements from QuickBooks on Swizznet to Your Local Computer

It's easy to export financial statements and reports from QuickBooks on Swizznet and save them directly to your local computer.

Simply open the report or financial statement in QuickBooks then click the export button. Select New Excel Workbook.

Once the new workbook opens, click File>Save As. In the Save As screen, browse to your Local Disk C drive (this is your C: drive on your local computer) and select either the Swizznet folder you created upon setup or another location on your local computer and click Save.

On your local computer, open the Windows Explorer and navigate to your Swizznet folder on your C: drive or the location on your C drive that you selected to save it to and move the excel file to your desired location on your local computer.
