Tech Support Hours
We offer three tiers of support to provide you with 24x7 coverage from our U.S. based staff
Training & New User Setup Support
Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. PST
Full training and new computer or user setup services. In addition you can attend one of our weekly new user webinars and find setup and training instructions and video tutorials in our support forum.
General Tech Support & Troubleshooting
Monday - Friday, 5 a.m. - 6 p.m. PST
During our normal office hours we offer general technical support for program or system troubleshooting, file restore requests, and general questions.
Emergency After Hours Support
Emergency after-hours tech support issues include not being able to login or access files and applications. All other issues, including new user or new computer setups, program troubleshooting and file restore requests will be handled during our normal technical support office hours.
After-hours support is only available by calling our tech support line at 1.888.794.9948 x 2 and leaving a message. Our tech support staff will return your call as soon as possible and within 4 hours of your call.
