If you attempt open a QuickBooks file on the system and the program immediately crashes, shuts down or hangs on opening, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO OPEN THE FILE AGAIN ON SWIZZNET. Please contact technical support immediately at 888.794.9948 x 2 and we can work with you to resolve the problem.
A file that causes QB to immediately close, crash or hang on opening can cause system-wide downtime and problems for all of our users.
To prevent file problems, never move live QuickBooks files to Swizznet. Be sure to ALWAYS create a full backup copy of the QuickBooks file and then move that backup copy to your Swizznet Z drive and restore it to your Z drive. Please don't hesitate to call if you need help with this process.
