SmartVault on Swizznet

SmartVault integration is now available on the system. 

The SmartVault Toolbar integrates smoothly with QuickBooks on Swizznet, making it easy to go paperless and attach and view documents for 30 types of entries in QuickBooks. There is no additional charge to add this access. If you’re interested in using SmartVault, you can sign up for service directly through SmartVault (they even have free plans and a 30-day free trial to get you started).

Going forward, the Admin user for each QB file on our system (only the Admin user) will receive a one-time prompt as to whether or not they would like to add SmartVault access to the QB file.

If you do not want to add SmartVault access, simply select No Access, click Continue and then click Done (see screenshots below).

The system will not prompt you again to add this access. If you decide to add SmartVault access for that file in the future you can change this by going to Edit>Preferences>Integrated Applications.

If you would like to add SmartVault access, simply select to give SmartVault Access, click Continue and then click Done (see screenshots below). You will then be prompted to sign into your SmartVault account and you can begin using this new functionality.
