If you receive this error message in QuickBooks you can find the steps to resolve the issue at Intuit's site here: http://support.quickbooks.intuit.com/support/articles/sln44580
To access the QBWin.log file on Swizznet that is referenced in the solution you'll want to open the QuickBooks file and press F3 to display the Tech Help window. Once this is open go to the Open File tab and double-click on the QBWin.log file to open the file in Notepad.
