Internet Explorer 8 - Applications Not Launching

A recent security update to our system is causing some users to get an error launching applications in Internet Explorer 8.0. The solution is to upgrade to a newer version of Internet Explorer or install either the Chrome browser or Firefox browser and use that browser to launch the applications that way instead.

If you prefer to use IE 8.0 simply go into internet option and turn off SSL 2.0 or SSL 3.0 and enable TLS.
