If you are receiving an SSL Error 61 when attempting to launching Quickbooks, please do the following:
Windows Computer
- Open the start Menu
- Click on Control Panel
- Select Programs and Features
- Find the Citrix Web Plugin and uninstall
- Once you have uninstalled the Citrix Plugin, you will need to install the latest version of the Citrix Receiver
- Open an internet browser and go to support.swizznet.com
- Click on the Citrix Receiver link in the top right corner
- Proceed through the install
- Once done with the install if you are prompted to "add an account" or "finish" click on Finish.
- Go back to the Swizznet Portal (portal.swizznet.com) and attempt to launch Quickbooks
Mac Computer:
- Open an internet browser and go to support.swizznet.com
- Click on the Citrix Receiver link in the top right corner
- Go through the install process within the internet browser
- When you see the window appear to uninstall or install, first click on uninstall
- Once you have selected uninstall, go back and click on install
- Log back into the Swizznet Portal and try launching Quickbooks again.
