QuickBooks Previously Opened Files Displaying in Open Company Screen

If you have multiple QB files and would like them all to show up in the initial Open a Company each time you login, follow the instructions below:

- Login to QuickBooks on Swizznet

- Open one of your company files you'd like to appear on the Open a Company File screen.

- Go to File> Open or Restore Company File and select the next file that you'd like to appear on the Open a Company File screen.

- Repeat this process with all the remaining company files you'd like to appear. When you're finished go to File>Close Company.

The next time you login you should see all of your QuickBooks files listed in the Open a Company screen.
