If you have just upgraded to Windows 10 or are looking to upgrade soon, you'll want to make sure to update your Citrix Receiver here.
Once you have the latest receiver downloaded, you should be able to log into https://portal.swizznet.com and launch QuickBooks.
If you have trouble launching the program, verify that you have popups/plugins allowed for Swizznet by following these instructions.
You should not need to allow popups/plugins when running from Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge.
