Open a browser of your choice and go to https://unitedmech.cloud.com/

Enter your company email address > Select Next

Enter your password

Your Mult-Factor Authentication should trigger, authenticate the login.

Stay signed in?

Select Don’t show this again > Yes

Select Detect Workspace.

If Citrix is installed, you will see this.

Check the Always allow unitedmech.cloud.com > Open Citrix Workspace Launcher

You should now be signed into Visory and see your list of applications.

If you do not have Citrix installed, please continue with the instructions.

If Citrix is not installed, you will see this window. Check I agree with Citrix license agreement and Download.

This will start the Citrix Workspace application installer download.

Once Citrix is downloaded > Open the location where the installer was downloaded > right click the installer > Properties > check the Unblock

Right click the installer > Run as administrator

Citrix will check for pre-requisite applications that need to be updated/installed

Citrix will then prompt you to install Citrix

Select Continue > Check I agree

Do not check any boxes > select Install

Once Citrix is installed, close Citrix

Go back to the original browser and select Continue.

Check the Always allow unitedmech.cloud.com > Open Citrix Workspace Launcher

You should now be signed into Visory and see your list of applications.
