Can't Access Marketplace in FireFox or Chrome

If you are getting an error when attempting to access in Firefox or Chrome you will need to clear your cache/cookies. Here is how:



Click the menu link in the upper right corner:

Go to Options.

On the Left Menu click on Privacy & Security

In the Cookies and Site Data section click on Clear Data'

Then Click Clear.

You should then be able to access normally.




  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More More.
  3. Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  6. Click Clear data.

Go to Chrome menu, select

Select boxes and clear data [Chrome 59]
