Using a Scanner or other USB Devices with your CWS Workspace/Private Cloud

Prerequisites: 3rd party cloud/network scanner redirect software.

The ability to use a scanner or other USB devices (scale, barcode scanner, etc) with your CWS workspace or private cloud server is not functionality that is native to Microsoft. If you would like to add this capability you will need to purchase and install a third-party software called TSScan or USB over Network. Both offer a free trial so you can set it up and test to confirm everything works before purchasing.
