Alert - Unable to launch applications at this time

If you are having issues with your shortcuts or applications launching open your citrix workspace/receiver from down by your clock or up at the top of your screen.

It may ask you to login.  Once logged in, click your username in the upper right and select refresh applications.

Once refreshed, click your Favorites and make sure that you still have an icon for whatever you want.

If no icons are showing under favorites, click apps, then details next to your desired application, then add to favorites.

Once added as a favorite it will make an icon in your windows start menu.

From here you can move it to your desktop or task bar!
