How to resolve a stuck session in Citrix Workspace (Windows Only)

To log off a stuck or frozen session, you can follow these steps.

Note: these steps work only on Windows, not Mac

  1. In the bottom right hand former of the screen where the date/time is, click on the ^.
  2. Right-click on the Citrix icon and left-click on the Connection Center.


  3. Click on the folder directly under the word “Active” and click “Log Off”. Confirm your choice with “Yes”.


This will close whatever you have open in Citrix and log you off the server. Then you can open whatever app you need to open and log back in to continue working.
